- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets and meet sales objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to sales representatives in identifying customer needs, proposing appropriate solutions, and closing deals.
- Strengthen our partnership with Apple and maintain a deep understanding of Apple's products, services, and sales programs.
- Leverage the partnership to access resources, training, and marketing support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in business management, sales, and marketing within the IT hardware and networking industry, with a focus on Apple solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Apple products and services, including macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Apple Business Manager (ABM).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
