Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HCL Commerce applications.
  • Perform log analysis, debugging, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage and track incidents through ServiceNow / Jira or equivalent tools.
  • Document issues, solutions, and preventive measures to improve support processes.
  • Ensure timely communication and resolution of client-reported problems.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in HCL Commerce support or similar environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, JSP, and web technologies.
  • Experience in application log analysis and debugging.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or other ticketing tools.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a work-from-office (WFO) environment across multiple locations.
