Responsibilities :

  • CAMSales:

    • Drive andexecute the entire sales process focusing on closing deals forCustom Application Management (CAM)services.
    • Actively engage with potentialclients to understand their business needs and align servicesaccordingly.
    • Develop and maintain strong clientrelationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeatbusiness.

  • PreSales:

    • Collaboratewith the presales team to identify business opportunities createproposals and present tailored solutions toclients.
    • Conduct thorough market research tostay updated on industry trends and competitorofferings.
    • Prepare and deliver compellingpresentations to prospectiveclients.

  • Documentation:

    • Createcomprehensive project documents including the scope of work projectplans and other relevant documentation.
    • Workclosely with internal teams to gather information and ensureaccuracy in project documentation.
    • Maintainaccurate records of client interactions andtransactions.

  • RequirementsAnalysis:

    • Analyzeclient requirements and translate them into technicalspecifications.
    • Collaborate with developmentteams to ensure a clear understanding of client expectations andprojectgoals.

  • Communication:

    • Effectivelycommunicate project requirements and client expectations to thedevelopment team.
    • Facilitate communicationbetween clients and internal teams to ensure seamless projectexecution.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus onCAM sales and presales activities.
  • Priorexperience in IT services companies ismandatory.
  • Proven track record of successfullyclosing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellentcommunication and presentation skills.
  • Abilityto work collaboratively with crossfunctionalteams.
  • Familiarity with project managementtools andmethodologies.

Compensation :

  • CompetitiveSalary Ranging from INR 480000 to 600000 per annum with Commissionbased on Experience andPerformance.
