Senior Sales Development Representative

/
Senior Client Acquisition Specialist (Software Solutions)

. The successful candidate will possess 3-4 years of demonstrated expertise in cold calling, lead generation, and lead validation, along with the ability to support the team in closing deals. A strong understanding of software development technologies, exceptional communication skills, and the capacity for independent target achievement are essential. This is an office-based position requiring a night shift (USA Shift) to primarily cater to international markets.

Key Responsiblities:

  • Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads primarily through outbound telephonic outreach, supplemented by digital channels including email campaigns and professional networking platforms.
  • Proactively identify prospective clients within target markets through diligent cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Ascertain and validate client requirements in alignment with the company's service offerings.
  • Accurately record and update sales activities, lead statuses, and progression within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass established monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Maintain a current understanding of evolving software development trends, technologies, and industry best practices to facilitate informed discussions with prospects.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess a minimum of 3-4 years of documented sales experience, specifically within the IT or software development services sector.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of success in cold calling and effectively closing deals with international clients, with a preference for experience in the US market.
  • Exhibit a robust understanding of diverse software development technologies (e.g., web, mobile, enterprise applications, cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things) and the ability to articulate these concepts in clear, business-oriented terms.
  • Display exceptional communication proficiencies, both verbal and written.
  • Capable of operating autonomously while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Possess strong organizational and time-management capabilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the utilization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as HubSpot, Zoho, or comparable systems.
  • Comfortable with and available to work during night shifts from the office to accommodate international time zones..

Preferred Qualification:

  • Prior experience in selling IT services, custom software development, or digital solutions.
  • Prior experience in cold calling is a must.
  • Established client network or prior record of bringing repeat business.
