**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior sales representatives in prospecting, lead generation, and customer outreach activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Participate in sales meetings and presentations to observe and learn from experienced sales professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide sales support by preparing sales materials, proposals, and reports as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
