Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a proven track record in sales automation, lead generation, and appointment booking. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within our target industries and be skilled in driving top-of-funnel growth through strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize automation tools for data gathering and lead generation to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Make 60-70 cold calls per day to prospective clients across industries.
- Execute bulk email campaigns and manage email automation tools to nurture leads.
- Schedule 2-3 qualified appointments per day for the sales team.
- Identify, prospect, and engage with decision-makers in Ecommerce, Real Estate, Healthcare, EdTech, and Manufacturing industries.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide detailed reports on outreach efforts and results.
- Stay updated on industry trends to tailor outreach strategies effectively.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an SDR, preferably in the software development or related industries.
- Proficiency in sales automation and lead generation tools (e.g., Crunchbase, Full Enrich etc.).
- Excellent cold-calling skills with a high level of persistence and resilience.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing and automation platforms.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs for calls and appointments.
- Experience in the industries SolveJet serves is a must.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
