Experience Level: 7+ years JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ITSM and ServiceNow Integrations, and will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that align with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer. Configure and enhance modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management. Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with external systems using Integration Hub and MID Server. Create and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform unit testing, debugging, and platform upgrades while ensuring minimal disruption.
