  • Branch Expense Management:

  • Manage and track branch expenses, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

  • Reconcile branch accounts and identify any discrepancies.

  • Marketing and Credit Card Payments:

  • Process marketing and credit card payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  • Reconcile credit card statements and identify any discrepancies.

  • Employee Code Creation:

  • Create and maintain employee codes for travel expense reporting purposes.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee code information.

Data Entry and Reporting:

  • Accurately enter travel expense data into the company's expense management system.
  • Generate regular reports on travel expenses and branch expenses.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel expense management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of travel expense management processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in using software (SAP).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
