Business Banking Manager Role Overview

The primary objective of this Business Banking Manager position is to deliver tailored financial solutions that cater to the diverse needs of business banking customers. A key responsibility of this role will be to oversee asset acquisition, liabilities, and foreign exchange management for clients, while ensuring exceptional relationship management and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new business banking customers by conducting thorough credit assessments.
  • Maintain a high-performing portfolio through continuous monitoring of accounts, renewal strategies, retention initiatives, and adherence to portfolio hygiene standards.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with branch banking teams to leverage cross-functional synergies and optimize service delivery.
  • Evaluate growth opportunities based on competitor analysis and feedback from various channels and clients.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
  • Develop sales strategies and conceptualize promotional initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • A degree in any field.
  • Professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) are preferred.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in branch banking.
