Job Title: Business Process Management Specialist

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with banking stakeholders to gather requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and solution requirements for Appian BPM systems.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and Appian developers.
  • Participate in workshops, design sessions, and UAT planning to drive process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to digitize and improve business processes aligned to banking best practices.
  • Support compliance and regulatory requirements in project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years' experience in business analysis or similar field, preferably in banking/financial services.
  • Hands-on experience in writing requirements for Appian BPM solutions.
  • Strong documentation skills (business requirement documents, functional requirement documents, user stories, process flows).
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Appian certification (Analyst/Designer/Practitioner).
  • Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data models to support requirements gathering.
  • Experience with regulatory and compliance-focused projects.
