Role Overview: Working with the Representative of the University, the incumbent is required to carry out the listed activities
Student Recruitment:
Represent and promote the university at education fairs, exhibitions, and relevant seminars to attract students from the region.
Deliver presentations and seminars at various colleges, providing individual counselling sessions to students and their key influencers.
Work with the agents across South Asia
Develop and maintain working relationships with key personnel from various schools, colleges, and universities.
Provide an outstanding experience for every student throughout their application journey.
Regular follow-ups with prospective students to address queries and provide necessary support.
Organise events for students at different application stages to enhance conversions, such as offer-holder events, Pre-Departure briefings, etc.
Plan and arrange necessary visits for the team from the international office and academics.
Collaborate closely with agents and consultants to ensure the submission of high-quality applications.
Cultivate a professional working relationship with agents and consultants, providing regular updates, feedback, and information.
Conduct regular in-person training sessions for partner agents and consultants across India.
Marketing Initiatives:
Collaborate closely with the University’s International Office and Marketing team to implement digital and social marketing strategies.
Provide necessary inputs to the team for marketing collateral such as student giveaways, prospectuses, etc.
Develop a comprehensive plan for social, digital media and SEO tailored to the Indian market.
Brand Building:
Foster the University's brand across institutes, agents, and consultants.
Collaborate with the alumni to create an alumni chapter, enabling them to share their experiences with prospective Indian students.
Adhere to the University's principles and ensure the brand is well-represented and visible across the region.
Candidate Profile – Competencies, Experience, and Skills:
British University Experience (Mandatory)
Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferably from the UK).
Previous experience of studying, working, or living in the UK will be beneficial.
Have experience working with agents, partners, and local institutions.
Possess 2 - 3 years of experience
Open to travelling across the country to attend recruitment fairs, events, and seminars, and to support other recruitment initiatives.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
Exhibit strong presentation skills.
Possess excellent time management and organisational skills.
Critical thinker with the ability to provide effective solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
Location: Chembur, Mumbai, India. This is full-time o ffice-based work (not a hybrid position)
