About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Partner - Sr. Associate to manage recruitment (50%), HR generalist and administrative tasks (30%), and EA support for the founders (20%). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tech and data science hiring, with experience in US recruitment practices. This role requires a dynamic professional skilled at attracting top talent and managing HR operations, while also supporting the leadership team with executive-level assistance. Key Responsibilities:
Source, attract, and hire top talent for specialized roles in technology, data science, and bioinformatics.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on US hiring practices, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Oversee HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Assist with the implementation of HR policies and support a collaborative workplace culture.
Handle administrative tasks related to office management and support day-to-day operations.
Provide high-level support to the founders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and communications.
Assist in organising key business activities, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for technology, data science, and bioinformatics roles, preferably in a deep tech or life sciences environment.
Proven experience with US hiring practices and regulations, with a strong ability to attract top talent in competitive markets.
Expertise in sourcing techniques and tools, particularly for specialized roles in tech and data science.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
Experience or a deep interest in the TechBio or life sciences sector is highly preferred.
Proven ability to manage HR operations and administration, including onboarding and employee relations.
Experience in providing executive-level support is a plus.
