About the Job:

As our Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a part of Technical hiring, including Engineering, Product and Data Hiring, to join our cutting edge infra-tech company. As a Talent Acquisition professional, you will manage the recruitment process for technical positions and drive stakeholder management to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth plans
  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, for technical positions
  • Build and maintain a network of talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions and proactively identify new sourcing channels to attract top talent
  • Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on best practices for candidate assessment and selection
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates to hiring managers and executives on the status of open positions and the overall recruitment process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to continuously improve recruitment processes and ensure the efficient use of resources

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, including experience with Engineering and Data Hiring
  • Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships and driving effective collaboration with hiring managers and executives
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with business objectives
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies
