Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Be the first contactpoint for any new incomingleads or inquiries. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are a must as this role will be the face of the company.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails while maintaining the highest-level of customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales from initialcontact, all the way throughto closure.
- Understand customerneeds and requirements.
- Act as a bridgebetween customers and the productteam when it comes to feedback.
- Have a passion to close sales and achievequarterly quotas.
- Research accounts,identify key playersand generate interest.
- Perform effectiveonline demos to prospects.
Key Qualifications & Skill Sets
- We are looking for someone with a minimum of 4+ years’ experience as an account executive (inside sales). You should have closed business and preferably manage your pipeline from discovery to closure and be able to lead the sales team.
- SaaS sales experience is a must. This is an inside sales position,so inside sales experience is required.
- Proactive, organized, dependable with provenability to work well in a small team.
- High Motivation and ambition level for rapid career and financial growth. (Top Performer is guaranteed an exceptionally fast career growth).
