Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join Maven IT Solutions. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, engage, and onboard BFSI clients for our staffing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the BFSI sector, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential BFSI clients to expand Maven IT Solutions' client portfolio, focusing on banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the BFSI industry to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, referrals, and other strategic outreach methods.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to pitch Maven IT Solutions' staffing services, tailored to the specific needs of BFSI clients.
  • Client Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding new clients, including needs assessment, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on BFSI industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position Maven IT Solutions as a preferred staffing partner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (recruitment, HR, and operations) to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions and client satisfaction.
  • Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the companys overall growth objectives.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales pipelines, client interactions, and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, with at least 2 years in the BFSI sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, including its challenges, workforce needs, and key players.
  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Network: Established connections within the BFSI sector are highly desirable.

  • Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
