Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving sales of Wire across Satna.
  • Managing and nurturing relationships with distributors and dealers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Enhancing both primary and secondary sales within the assigned territory.
  • Strengthening dealer network management to achieve deeper market penetration.
  • Monitoring competitor activities, including pricing, product offerings, sales performance, and marketing strategies.
  • Developing and implementing proactive marketing strategies to address sales shortfalls and support growth initiatives.
  • Overseeing branding and advertising efforts to boost brand visibility and awareness in the territory.
  • Addressing and resolving service-related issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Leading, motivating, and improving the communication skills of the distributor sales team to drive performance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Relevant graduation degree / Diploma (3 yr)
  • 3-10 years' quota carrying sales experience.
  • Channel sales experience in products like Wire, Modular Switches, Switchgear, and Lighting.
  • Should have good knowledge of product market in Satna Market.
