Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for driving sales of Wire across Satna.
- Managing and nurturing relationships with distributors and dealers to ensure smooth operations.
- Enhancing both primary and secondary sales within the assigned territory.
- Strengthening dealer network management to achieve deeper market penetration.
- Monitoring competitor activities, including pricing, product offerings, sales performance, and marketing strategies.
- Developing and implementing proactive marketing strategies to address sales shortfalls and support growth initiatives.
- Overseeing branding and advertising efforts to boost brand visibility and awareness in the territory.
- Addressing and resolving service-related issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Leading, motivating, and improving the communication skills of the distributor sales team to drive performance.
Preferred candidate profile
- Relevant graduation degree / Diploma (3 yr)
- 3-10 years' quota carrying sales experience.
- Channel sales experience in products like Wire, Modular Switches, Switchgear, and Lighting.
- Should have good knowledge of product market in Satna Market.
