Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee and streamline operations across our fitness facilities. This role is pivotal to ensuring exceptional member experiences, maintaining facility standards, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, team leadership, and customer service—fitness industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
This is an on-ground role with shifts (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM), managing end-to-end operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. If you have a knack for operations, process optimization, and delivering top-tier service, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:- Membership Onboarding & Trainer Coordination:
- Oversee member registration in BioMax upon purchase of a membership.
- Assign new members to trainers promptly and ensure trainers complete fitness profiling via the app, BCA (Body Composition Analysis), and consultation updates.
- Daily Operations:
- Monitor member check-ins and ensure workouts begin within 5-10 minutes of arrival.
- Address and resolve flagged issues related to delays or non-compliance by trainers.
- Ensure mandatory fitness profiling updates every 10 check-ins and BCA assessments every 30-45 days.
- Facility & Compliance Management:
- Supervise hygiene standards, equipment maintenance, and overall facility cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the security team for seamless gym operations.
- Customer Experience:
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns in real-time.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Manage a team of auditors and real-time callers for operational monitoring.
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure daily tasks are logged in the designated tool.
- Shift Management:
- Manage operations across two shifts (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM).
- Ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity between shifts.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track KPIs, including member satisfaction, operational efficiency, and retention.
- Generate detailed reports for senior management on daily operations and compliance.
- A proactive individual with proven experience in operations management , preferably in customer-facing industries such as retail, hospitality, fitness, or facility management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a knack for problem-solving.
- A people-centric leader who can motivate teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Operational Expertise:
- Experience managing daily operations, implementing processes, and ensuring SOP compliance.
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Customer Focus:
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle member concerns proactively.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with operational tools, CRM software, and tracking systems. (Experience with BioMax or similar tools is a plus.)
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication for team coordination and member interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or facility management.
- Fitness industry experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
