About the Role:


We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, manage resources, and streamline operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to lead teams, implement strategies, and ensure the organization meets its operational objectives effectively and efficiently.


Key Strategy:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency.

- Identify areas of improvement and execute initiatives to drive business Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to achieve organizational goals.

- Foster a positive and productive work environment.

- Ensure proper allocation and utilization of resources across departments.

Process Optimization:


- Streamline and optimize workflows to improve productivity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges promptly.

Budget Management:


- Plan, manage, and monitor budgets for operational activities.

- Optimize operational costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.


- Prepare and present regular operational performance reports to senior and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).


- Proven experience of 5+ years in operations management or a similar role.


- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.


- Proficient in analyzing data and implementing operational strategies.


- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


- Knowledge of operational processes, project management tools, and relevant software.
