Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Delegate Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Delegate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving delegate sales for a variety of events. Daily tasks include researching potential delegates, conducting outreach via phone and email, promoting event value propositions, and closing sales. The Executive will also maintain client relationships, such as providing post-event follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and continued partnership.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and telephone sales skills
  • Ability to research and identify potential delegates and key decision-makers
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Understanding of event management and coordination
  • Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets
  • Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
