Role Description:

Experience: 0 to 10+ years - Training will be provided to Freshers as long as they are looking to develop a long-term career in the staffing and HR sector.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team, specializing in end-to-end recruitment for full-time/permanent, contract, and MSP hiring solutions across diverse sectors, with a strong focus on IT, non-IT, Banking, Financial and Insurance services as well as healthcare staffing. In this role, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, and hiring of top talent through various channels like W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and H1B transfers for both permanent and consulting positions. You will work closely with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), providing staffing solutions that align with client needs in both healthcare and IT consulting sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement, focusing on both full-time/permanent and contract hiring needs.
- Contract Hiring: Manage contract staffing across W2 and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) structures. Engage with candidates on H1B visas, facilitating H1B transfers for consulting roles. Ensure compliance with visa regulations and tax implications.
- Permanent Placement: Recruit for full-time positions across various domains, including IT, healthcare, and professional services. Identify and attract candidates who are seeking long-term opportunities with our clients.
- Healthcare Staffing: Focus extensively on healthcare staffing, sourcing specialized professionals like Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and allied health professionals. Understand the nuances of compliance, certifications, and regulatory requirements specific to the healthcare sector.
- Consulting Staffing: Work with consulting firms and MSPs to staff project-based roles in sectors such as healthcare, IT, and business services. Recruit for both contract and permanent positions, ensuring alignment with client project goals.
- MSP Hiring: Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver contingent workforce solutions. Manage relationships with MSPs, ensuring high fulfilment rates for client demands, particularly in healthcare and consulting environments.
- Diverse Hiring Channels: Utilize multiple channels (W2, C2C, 1099) to identify and engage with candidates for various client needs. Maintain strong knowledge of legal and tax implications associated with each employment type.
- H1B Transfers: Facilitate smooth H1B visa transfers for eligible candidates seeking employment opportunities. Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 0 to 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on contract, MSP, and permanent hiring.
- Proven experience in healthcare staffing, including familiarity with licensing and certification requirements.
- Solid understanding of C2C, W2, and H1B transfer processes, and related legal/tax requirements.
- Strong knowledge of MSP staffing models and experience collaborating with MSPs.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with healthcare staffing software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously across full-time, contract, and MSP channels.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to ensure the best candidate placement.
- Knowledge of visa sponsorship, especially H1B transfers for healthcare and IT consulting professionals.
