Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the airport, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations and enhancing overall passenger experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with various departments, maintaining operational efficiency, and implementing continuous improvements. The role requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth airport operations.

Qualifications

  • Airport operations management, including safety and security compliance
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in airport or aviation industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in using airport management software and tools
  • Strong customer service orientation
