Job Overview We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Panacorp Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., located in Nagercoil. This is a full-time, mid-level position, where you will be crucial in managing and nurturing client relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving service excellence. Key responsibilities include developing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention within our dynamic software development environment. Qualifications and Skills Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) for effectively conveying information and ideas to clients. Strong problem-solving abilities (Mandatory skill) to identify issues promptly and implement viable solutions for customers. Proficient in sales skills (Mandatory skill) to identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand client relationships. Outstanding interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse clientele. Analytical skills to assess data trends, customer behavior, and service feedback to inform strategic decisions. Customer service expertise to anticipate client needs and deliver exceptional service experiences consistently. Attention to detail to ensure all customer information and communications are accurately recorded and maintained. Adaptability to respond effectively to unexpected challenges and evolving customer demands in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. Identify customer needs and trends to provide actionable insights and recommend appropriate solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to align on strategies that enhance the customer experience and service delivery. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with promptness and professionalism. Create and implement customer engagement programs to cultivate loyalty and retention. Analyze customer feedback to refine processes and implement innovative service delivery improvements. Monitor market trends to stay informed of industry changes and maintain a competitive edge. Support the sales team in client pitches and upselling efforts to enhance business growth.
