Key responsibilities include developing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention within our dynamic software development environment. Qualifications and Skills Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) for effectively conveying information and ideas to clients. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. Identify customer needs and trends to provide actionable insights and recommend appropriate solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to align on strategies that enhance the customer experience and service delivery. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with promptness and professionalism. Create and implement customer engagement programs to cultivate loyalty and retention. Analyze customer feedback to refine processes and implement innovative service delivery improvements. Monitor market trends to stay informed of industry changes and maintain a competitive edge. Support the sales team in client pitches and upselling efforts to enhance business growth.
