Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive located in Nagercoil The executive will be responsible for building and nurturing customer relationships, improving customer retention, enhancing customer experiences, and analyzing customer needs and trends. The role involves close collaboration with the sales team to support client engagement strategies and ensure seamless customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
