Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of demonstrably successful experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong, long-term client relationships within the metals & minerals, luxury goods, automotive, or a related industry.
  • Extensive experience in strategic account management, fostering deep partnerships with key clients and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence high-level decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying customer needs and developing win-win solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for sustainability and ethical sourcing practices is a plus.
