Why the positions exists? b. What will happen if there is no one in the position (no one performs the work)? This position is responsible for executing sustenance activities at EV suppliers. Job is to conduct supplier Process audits, closure of OFI, Identify and implement Poke-yoke, Warranty return analysis, Support supplier Training and upgradation activities, Horizontal deployment of learnings etc. Data management for respective suppliers for process audits, Warranty, PPM, timely closure of PRR etc.  Dimensions of the position Financial: Warranty issue resolution and warranty Cost Reduction Personal Profile Education BE/B Tech  Skills/ Competencies 1. Customer Centricity 2. Analytical ability 3. Systematic Problem solving.  4. Quality Engineering and Statistics 5. Understanding of manufacturing processes. 6. Team work. 7. Learning ability Relevant Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience in auto manufacturing industry, Automobile Industry. Minimum 1-2 years of experience of working in EV or Automobile electronics Quality/Supplier Quality function.  Knowledge and understanding of various electronics manufacturing processes and software knowhow is preferred. Knowledge of IATF 16949, Core tools such as PPAP, SPC, FMEA etc., Good understanding of automotive components and application – preferred in automotive electrical and electronics Education Work Experience Key Responsibilities: ; Key Responsibility & Key Tasks Measures Improvement and Sustenance of performance for supplier parts (in-house) •Improvement and Sustenance of in-house quality performance for supplier parts  •Execution of Supplier process audits. •PPM, CPA demerits •Supplier audit OFIs closure Improvement and Sustenance of performance for supplier parts (Warranty ) •Implementation of Product quality improvement using Quality Management tools and techniques •Action implementation of JDP IQS Survey for supplier parts. •Continuous updating of the Lessons Learnt Library rule book to ensure adherence during the development process •Re PPAP of current parts. •Warranty Performance •Actions implemented •Implementation of LLL for critical aggregates •Re PPAP  Supplier Engagement •Support for Training and capability enhancement of supplier representatives •Implementation of improvement initiative of supplier kaizen through BIQ •Implementation of DOL status for identified suppliers •PPM improvement initiatives with suppliers. •Training plan and execution •No of suppliers with DOL status •PPM improvement Tata Motors Leadership Competencies Customer Centricity - Anticipating, understanding and focusing efforts on meeting the customer (stakeholders) needs or expectationsDeveloping Self and Others - Recognizing continuous development is essential for success and taking steps to develop self and helping others to excelDriving Execution - Translating strategy into action and executionLeading by Example - Encouraging and following ethical standardsLeading Change - Recognizing the need for change, initiating and adapting to changeMotivating Self and Others - Inspiring teams and individualsFunctional Competencies Tags
