Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager - Sales to join our team in the beauty and haircare industry. As part of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • New Doors Development: Identify and establish relationships with new clients and distribution channels to expand market reach.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive sales revenue through strategic planning, forecasting, and promotional campaigns.
  • Sales Reinforcement: Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
  • Target Achievement: Set and monitor sales targets, evaluate performance, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Market Expansion: Explore opportunities for market expansion and growth, both domestically and internationally.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term business strategies and annual operational plans.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management within the beauty and haircare industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Ability to travel as needed.
