Role Overview:

We're seeking an ambitious and proactive Assistant Sales Manager to bolster our sales efforts. This role entails supporting the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies, engaging with potential clients, and providing invaluable market insights to our product team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a fervent passion for technology and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

- Support Sales Activities: Aid the Sales Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our custom virtual showroom services and SaaS solutions.

- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and facilitating the delivery of tailored solutions.

- Market Feedback: Gather and communicate client feedback to the product team, actively contributing to product enhancement and innovation.

- Sales Process: Assist in navigating the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring meticulous and timely documentation.

- Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive sales reports and forecasts, tracking key metrics and performance indicators.

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to remain abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and satisfaction.


Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or custom services. Experience in e-commerce or virtual/3D technology is advantageous.

- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to distill complex ideas into simple, impactful messages.

- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and adept at learning new tools and platforms.

- Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales metrics.

- Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.

- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
