Job Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing channel partners and driving product sales. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners, sharing collected leads, and ensuring a consistent flow of product sales.


Key Responsibilities:


- Channel Partner Management:

  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.

  - Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's reach.

  - Conduct regular meetings with channel partners to review performance and address any issues or concerns.


- Sales Management:

  - Manage the sales process through the channel partners to ensure consistent and effective sales flow.

  - Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

  - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.


- Lead Sharing and Follow-up:

  - Collect and share leads with channel partners to drive sales growth.

  - Ensure timely follow-up on leads provided to channel partners.

  - Monitor the progress of leads and provide necessary support to channel partners to close deals.


- Training and Support:

  - Provide training to channel partners on products, sales techniques, and company policies.

  - Offer ongoing support to channel partners to help them achieve sales goals.


- Travel (within Gujarat)

  - Travel within the assigned territory to onboard new partners, drive sales and manage product flow. 


- Market Analysis:

  - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

  - Provide feedback to the product development team based on market and partner insights.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 4-8 years of experience in channel sales or a similar role.

- Proven track record of managing and growing channel sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
