Job Description
Lead and manage the sales team in Uttar Pradesh. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets. Identify emerging markets and market shifts in the FMCG sector. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Effectively communicate the value proposition through presentations and proposals. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth. Report on sales performance to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'GM Sales UP' should have:
10+ years of overall experience in the FMCG industry, specifically in cosmetics and toiletries. Candidate should come with experience - selling to Uttar Pradesh geo / working in FMCG / dealing with cosmetics and toiletries industry.
