Budget : 15-16 LPA FIXED +25% Variable of CTCExp required : 10-17 YearsQualification : Any Post graduate/ B.TechBase Location : Gurgaon or South DelhiTerritory : Haryana & some part of DelhiTeam Handling : Yes Reporting to : RSM /NSMSr.Area Sales Manager (Auto)· Responsible for whole Distribution activity form numeric distribution growth to account management.· Looking after both business B2B and B2C· Responsible for People Management, People development, Retention, and nurturing· Responsible for sales plan implementation and assign sales number to team· Identify business opportunities and target markets· Make initial customer contact through visits or calls· Planning and organizing customer visits· Identify each potential customer’s needs· Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business needs· Negotiate prices and variations in prices and specifications· Manage account management and expansion activities· Develop new opportunities and close existing ones· Build meaningful relationships within the company and outside· Develop detailed territory plans· Challenge objections in order to get the customer to buy a product· Liaise with internal departments to ensure appropriate product delivery· Record sales information and maintain customers’ records· Make rapid calculations of costs in order to provide temporary quotations· Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information· Review self-sales performance with a view to improve it· Report competitor activities, their promotion plans, prices, etc.Fluent in English, Hindi and/or one local (zone) language 8-15 Years Preferred similar Companies
