Job Title : US Call Center Executive - Night Shift

About the Role :
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused US Call Center Executives to join our team in Kharadi for a Night Shift role. If you have a passion for customer service and at least 6 months of experience in a BPO or call center environment , this is the opportunity for you. You will be responsible for providing top-tier support to our US clients, ensuring exceptional service, and creating positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company guidelines and policies.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and processes to assist customers effectively.
Meet or exceed quality and productivity metrics.
Requirements :
Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service role.
Strong communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
Ability to work in a night shift (US time zone).
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a high level of quality.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM tools or customer service software.
Ability to adapt to changing processes and work under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in a US-based call center or process.
Familiarity with US customer service standards and expectations.
Prior experience handling technical support or customer inquiries.
