Technical Support Executive-Voice

We are looking for Technical Support Executive-Voice with 1 to 5 Yr of Experience for our esteemed client for Chennai / Hyderabad Location.
Key Skills: Voice Support, English , Active Directory, RSA Token, VPN, Citrix, VDI, Banking and Finance
This is an immediate requirement. Please apply if you can join within 30 days or close to 30 days.
Note : Candidate shall be willing to work in Rotational Shifts
Roles and Responsibilities
1. To maintain high login Efficiency (Availability) for customers
2. To resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
3. To adhere to quality standards (voice and accent, Tech Monitoring), regulatory requirements and company policies
4. To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum average handling time (AHT), rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
5. To update work logs and follow shift for escalation process and process compliance.
Requirements 1. Good Communication with International Voice Support experience.
2. Willingness to work in 24*7 shifts
3. Experience in Troubleshooting Active Directory, RSA Token, VPN, Citrix, VDI related issues.
4. Basic knowledge on MS office
5. Education – Any Graduation
6. All these resources should be ready to work from client locations- physically in office premises
7. Experience in BFSI Sector will be preferred
