Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Executive at Danush, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, prospect qualification, and securing customer meetings. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
  • Prospect Qualification: Qualify leads and prospects to determine their needs, budget, and timeline.
  • Presentations: Present our product/service offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Follow-up: Follow up on sales inquiries and leads promptly to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting and acquiring new customers.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
  • Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Professional Development: Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an inside sales or similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to understand and convey complex IT solutions in a simple, clear manner.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
