Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our B2B sales department for iB Cricket Business Edition. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers, understanding their business requirements, assessing interest levels, and ultimately driving successful sales demonstrations. This role involves a combination of handling inbound inquiries and proactively engaging in cold calling to generate and qualify leads.
What will you be doing?
Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential B2B customers in corporate companies, gaming zones, malls, restaurants, theme parks, resorts, and related establishments through inbound requests and outbound cold-calling efforts.
Research and understand the specific business needs and challenges of each industry vertical.
Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification assessments to determine the suitability of leads as prospects within the corporate, entertainment, and hospitality sectors.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that leads meet the criteria for a quality sales demo tailored to each industry.
Demo Scheduling: Engage with qualified prospects to communicate the tailored value proposition of iB Cricket Business Edition for their specific industry.
Schedule high-quality and successful product demonstrations with the most relevant prospects in corporate companies, gaming zones, malls, restaurants, theme parks, resorts, etc.
Communication: Clearly articulate the industry-specific features and benefits of iB Cricket Business Edition to potential customers.
Maintain effective and timely communication with prospects from diverse industries through various channels.
CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities across different industry segments.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, entertainment, or hospitality-related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different industry verticals.
Excellent cold calling and prospecting abilities.
Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts in a clear and industry-specific manner.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with virtual reality or sports simulation technology is a plus.
Languages Known:
Native speaker of Hindi or Kannada
Very Good Proficiency in English is expected
Previous Work Experience:
Minimum experience of 2 years in Inside sales & relevant fields
Salary:
5.4 LPA - 9 LPA
