Job Description:Location: Bangalore, (Electronic City) WFOExperience: 2+ yrsMale Candidate PreferredGood English CommunicationBudget upto 9LPA to 10LPA maxResponsibilities:- Sell technology services including Firmware Development, Product Engineering, PCB Design & Analysis, IT Service Mechanical Design & EMS Service to clients in North American and European markets.- Lead a team of Junior Sales Executives.- Represent the company at tradeshows to showcase capabilities.- Schedule and conduct discovery calls and in-person meetings with potential clients.- Build and maintain client relationships.- Achieve monthly revenue targets for company growth.- Sell Embedded Hardware, Software, and Environmental Compliance Services.- Source potential customers through LinkedIn networking, web research, and cold calling.- Conduct persuasive cold calls to senior-level prospects.- Maintain CRM database accuracy.- Understand and address customer needs.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in ECE/Electrical engineering or related field preferred.Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role.Working experience with North America is preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.Benefits:- Competitive salary with incentives.- Healthcare and retirement benefits.- Opportunities for career growth.- Dynamic work culture.
