Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Growth Analyst to join our team at Level Supermind . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing growth opportunities across our product and marketing efforts, with a specific focus on reducing user churn and increasing customer lifetime value (CLV). This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, user behavior, and growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in a subscription-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Churn Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior to identify the root causes of voluntary churn. Develop strategies to reduce churn and improve user retention. Target a reduction in voluntary churn by 15-20% within the first 6 months.
Growth Strategy: Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization. Aim for an increase in user acquisition by 25% and retention by 10% over the next fiscal year.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data from various sources, including user behavior, marketing performance, and product usage, to uncover growth opportunities and predict potential revenue loss due to churn. Contribute to an overall revenue growth of 20-30% year-over-year by leveraging these insights.
Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize conversion rates, user retention, and other key growth metrics. Achieve a 10-15% improvement in conversion rates across key user segments within 6 months.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic mitigation plan to address churn, with the goal of reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC) by 10-15% and increasing customer lifetime value (CLV) by 20% .
Implementation Roadmap: Create detailed implementation roadmaps that outline the steps, timelines, and resources required to execute growth strategies. Ensure the completion of 80% of critical milestones on time.
Project Management: Work closely with Tech and Growth Teams to ensure proper execution of growth initiatives. Oversee project management tasks, ensuring that 90% of growth initiatives are delivered within the allocated budget and timeframe.
Performance Measurement : Design a robust framework to measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), and churn rate, aiming for a 15% improvement in overall growth metrics within the first year.
Reporting : Create dashboards and reports to track growth metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Deliver comprehensive reports to executive leadership with 95% accuracy and relevance.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Tech and Growth Teams, as well as product managers, marketers, and engineers, to implement growth initiatives and ensure successful execution.
Offer Crafting : Develop and optimize in-app offers to enhance user engagement and drive conversions. Work closely with the product team to tailor offers based on user segmentation, behavior, and preferences, ensuring that offers are compelling and aligned with overall growth objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on subscription-based businesses.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL) and A/B testing platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, email, social media) and their role in growth.
Experience with user segmentation, cohort analysis, and churn mitigation strategies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with growth hacking techniques and frameworks. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Knowledge of product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Heap).
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
