Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable Home loans, Personal loans.
- Achieve sales targets by cross-selling and up-selling company products/services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and resolve their queries effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Regularly review client portfolios and provide advice to maximize returns.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory norms, and service standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduate degree .
- Experience: Fresher/Experienced
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
