Job Title: Clinical Affairs & Professional Relationship Executive

Position Overview
The Clinical Affairs & Professional Relationship Executive acts as a bridge between academia, clinical professionals, and the company’s R&D and marketing teams. This role is vital for strengthening professional collaborations, driving clinical validations, and supporting technical promotions across India. The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise with communication and relationship-building skills to foster academic engagement and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Opinion Leader (KOL) Appointments
Identify, appoint, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in each region.
Coordinate with endodontists, endo clinics, and dental colleges for product evaluations and clinical partnerships.
Facilitate hands-on workshops and academic promotion initiatives with KOLs and institutions.
2. Clinical Trials & Research Coordination
Organize and execute clinical trials, product evaluations, and case studies in collaboration with practicing clinicians and academic institutions.
Gather, analyze, and maintain detailed clinical reports and research documentation.
Ensure compliance with research ethics and data accuracy standards.
3. Academic & Institutional Collaboration
Build partnerships with dental and medical colleges for postgraduate thesis programs and academic collaborations.
Initiate and sponsor regional hands-on training centres to promote product familiarity and innovation awareness.
Develop educational programs that integrate the company’s products into clinical learning environments.
4. Digital Content & Publications
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to publish clinical and technical literature on digital platforms.
Prepare clinical documentation, research summaries, and video presentations for educational and promotional purposes.
Support KOL speakers with literature and academic material for conferences, webinars, and social media presence.
5. Professional Representation & Networking
Represent the organization in national and regional dental conferences, academic events, and exhibitions.
Act as a brand ambassador to enhance clinical credibility and promote product awareness among professionals.
Provide clinical insights to internal teams (R&D, marketing, and sales) for product improvement and innovation.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) – Mandatory
1–3 years of experience in clinical coordination, academic relations, or dental product promotion preferred
Strong understanding of dental terminologies, procedures, and academic frameworks
Excellent presentation, communication, and networking skills
Ability to travel extensively and manage field responsibilities efficiently
