Roles and Responsibilities Create and curate high-quality content for various channels, including social media, blogs, and newsletters. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that enhance brand visibility. Manage and optimize social media profiles to increase engagement and reach. Implement customer relationship management strategies to strengthen client interactions and satisfaction. Utilize content creation tools to design compelling and visually appealing content. Monitor content performance and use analytics to refine and improve strategies. Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and tone. Stay updated with the latest trends in content marketing and customer relationship management.
