Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Sales Manager for Bancassurance located in Tiruchirappalli. The Relationship Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with bank staff, driving sales through bank channels, conducting product training sessions, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular interactions with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions. The individual will also be expected to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales experience, preferably in Bancassurance or financial services
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Good understanding of insurance products and market
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in local language(s) is a plus
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
