Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing agency operations, developing business strategies, achieving sales targets, and maintaining client relationships. The role includes recruiting, training, and mentoring agents, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and evaluating agent performance. Additionally, the Agency Manager will work closely with the sales team to drive growth and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing agency operations and developing business strategies
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and maintaining client relationships
  • Skills in recruiting, training, and mentoring agents
  • Knowledge of compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
