At Infinuevo, an Addon Group Company, we are looking for a Business Development Executive with 5+ years of experience in sales and key account management to join our dynamic marketing agency team.
We want someone who doesn't just sell services but builds partnerships, nurtures trust, and adds long-term value to clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
Driving new client acquisition for our marketing and creative services.
Managing and nurturing key accounts to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and upselling.
Understanding client requirements and collaborating with strategy & creative teams to deliver solutions.
Pitching marketing campaigns, digital solutions, branding services, and performance marketing to prospects.
Negotiating contracts, closing deals, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Exploring new market opportunities, industry networks, and partnerships to expand agency reach.
Preparing sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of proven experience in marketing agency sales and account management
Strong ability to develop new business and nurture long-term client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the marketing/advertising domain
Ability to handle multiple accounts with a client-centric approach
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and proposal building
Self-motivated, result-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced agency environment
