Job description:

We are looking for Desktop Support Engineer for Pune Location.

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, or in person.


• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.


• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and provide timely resolution.


• Support operating systems Windows and standard applications (MS Office, email clients, browsers, etc.).


• Manage user accounts, access, and permissions through Active Directory/O365.


• Assist with software updates, patches, and antivirus management.


• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.


• Coordinate with vendors and higher-level support teams for issue resolution.


• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security guidelines, and data protection standards.


• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking.


• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Office 365.


• Good troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

Work Experience
- 2 Years - 3 Years.

Work hours:
7PM IST – 4AM IST (Monday – Friday) .

Resource who can join immediately will be highly preferred.
