Job Description

- Provide strategic direction and leadership in developing and implementing policies, initiatives, and solutions related to human rights issues.- Lead high-level discussions and collaborations with clients to understand their needs, provide expert guidance and develop innovative strategies to address human rights risks
- Drive thought leadership initiatives within the firm and industry by developing and sharing insights, best practices and innovative approaches to human rights challenges- Oversee and mentor a team of specialists, ensuring their professional growth and development while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
- Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders including clients, industry groups, NGOs, and government agencies to build relationships, advocate for human rights and advance the firm's objectives- Play a key role in business development efforts by identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the firm's human rights practice, cultivate client relationships and secure new projects- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients by overseeing project delivery, reviewing deliverable and maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the human rights practice by staying abreast of emerging trends, technologies, best practices and integrating them into the firm's offerings- Represent the firm externally at conferences, events, and industry forums serving as a spokesperson and thought leader on human rights issues- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the firm's various practice areas and regions to leverage expertise, resources and best practices in addressing human rights challenges

- A seasoned professional with over 10+ years of a strong background in Human Rights Consulting (forming a major part of the experience), a proven track record in advisory services and expertise in sales and business development
