SSAB Special Steels is looking for a motivated, performance-driven Regional Sales Manager to be part of our Sales team in India. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, developing business and networking with customers.

About the positionYou will be responsible for Sales activities such as customer visits, products promotion, price offering, and other customer communications within assigned geographic area. Explore new market, increase strategic product sales, build brand marketing program. Manage DSO, stock, overdue, customer contracts, LC, and payments. Provide customer development plans of end users, OEMs and enter sales activities in CRM (customer relationship management). Expand segment growth with new projects and upgrading applications with Technical Development Manager.

Main responsibilitiesResponsible to generate sales results for SSAB Special Steel’s products in assigned area within India.Provide superior customer experience to existing customers, qualifying new leads, follow up on prospects and developing new customers in accordance with the company’s vision.Working closely with technical & marketing to deliver sustainable solutions to the market.Secure yearly sales targets with existing and potential customers in the country.Develop the special steel business with entering new and old segments.

About YouUniversity degree or equivalent.Min 3-4 years’ sales experience in the industry. Knowledge and understanding of steel materials is advantageous.Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills and fluent in both English and local language.
