Role Overview: The HR Head will lead Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, HR Operations, Compliance, Culture, and SOP/SOW creation. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role. Key Responsibilities: • Drive HR strategy and workforce planning • Lead and mentor the HR team • Manage end-to-end hiring across functions • Run KRAs/OKRs, reviews, and L&D initiatives • Strengthen culture, onboarding, and engagement • Manage payroll, HRMS, compliance, and documentation • Build and maintain SOPs and SOWs Requirements: • 5–6 years HR experience; 2+ years in leadership roles • Experience managing 200+ employees • Strong in TA, operations, performance management & compliance • Prior startup/service industry experience preferred
