  • Managing sales activities through DSA and DST Business
  • Leading a sales team to achieve business targets for home loans, mortgage loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and housing loans
  • Developing sales strategies
  • Building relationships with DSA and clients
  • Increasing sales revenue growth in the assigned territory
  • Building strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and other stakeholders
  • Conducting regular performance reviews with team members


Criteria


Candidate should be only from Banking or NBFC only

Candidate should have relevant experience in home loan and LAP

Candidate must have good connections with DSA and DST

experience between 4 to 10 years
