Sales Manager(Project Sales) - Electrical Wires & Cables

About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth in the New Delhi region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the electrical wires and cables industry, with a strong focus on the project segment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the project segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.


Requirements:


  • 7-8 years of experience in the electrical wires and cables industry, specifically in the project segment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the electrical industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
