Key duties & responsibilities:

Develop Plan and Execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets

Team Formation & Development

Planning Monthly Meetings with positive output and strategies to enhance sales performance.

Having full control on team

Ensure timely work reports of team

Timely payment realization

Ensure proper distribution channel and stock movement chain

Timely Performance review of field staff

Monitor and control attrition

Training and Development of team members

Maintaining relationship with the stockiest, Super Distributors, Distributors, retailers etc

Ensure profitability to the organization by ensuring good product mix, minimum expiry and sales return

Competitor analysis

Monitor new product success in the market.

Team motivation and team spirit generation



Essential / Desirable Attributes / Skills Required:

Should be Graduate

Minimum 12+ yrs of experience in FMCG Sector sales with 4-5 years of managerial experience.

Should have good relationship with supers stockiest, distributors and retailers

Must have a demonstrated ability to promote and sell goods, services and concepts.
