This full-time role requires proficiency in installation and service management, overseeing UPS monitoring, and managing battery buy-back operations. Requisite work experience ranges from a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 10 years. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills to successfully meet the demands of the position. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience of at least 7 years in service management for battery UPS systems. Comprehensive understanding and practical application of the ITIL Framework. Hands-on proficiency in installation and service management (Mandatory skill). Expertise in monitoring UPS systems and promptly addressing service issues (Mandatory skill). Experience in overseeing battery buy-back operations to ensure efficiency and compliance (Mandatory skill). Skilled in incident management to swiftly identify and resolve problems. Capability to manage vendor relations, ensuring quality service and product delivery. Proficiency in using ServiceNow for service and operations management. Strong problem management skills to prevent recurring issues and enhance system integrity. Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of battery UPS systems installation and service. Ensure proactive UPS monitoring and timely intervention to maintain peak system performance. Coordinate and manage battery buy-back operations, ensuring environmentally safe disposal practices. Implement and uphold service management standards as defined by ITIL. Maintain solid relationships with vendors to ensure the continuous supply of quality products and services. Use ServiceNow to manage and document all service requests, incidents, and resolutions. Analyze and resolve incidents promptly to minimize downtime and service impact. Oversee problem management activities to prevent issue recurrence and drive continuous improvement.
